JobWise is built, fully functional and open for business right now. No bloated monthly plans — you top up a wallet and pay pennies for what you actually do, nothing more. Take payments, raise certificates, run two-way SMS and email from one shared inbox, give your customers a branded portal on your own domain, and keep on top of compliance — all from one place.
This isn't a sales pitch dressed up as software. It's a genuinely flexible platform, built by a working gas engineer, that does the heavy lifting so micro traders can get on with the job.
Get goingFrom the first phone call to the final invoice, JobWise keeps the whole job moving — and only charges you for what you actually do.
Take payment for jobs without the faff. Card payments and pay-by-link on quotes and invoices, taken in the office or on the doorstep — money in, reconciled, done.
Gas certs, landlord records, warning notices, pipework testing, RAMS, COSHH and H&S documents — generated on the fly, straight from the job. No separate apps.
Two-way SMS conversations, a shared company email inbox, call notes and voicemail — every conversation lands on the right job, automatically.
Job tracking and a customer portal running on your domain, in your branding. Landlords and agents see their properties, certs and requests — you look like the big boys.
AI reads old paper certs into the system, builds COSHH assessments from safety data sheets and tidies your quotes and invoices. Pay-per-use pennies, no subscription.
No fixed monthly tie-in. Top up a wallet, pay pennies per action from a published price list, and watch the balance. The cheapest job management platform out there.
This lot is built and working today — not a roadmap slide. Turn on what you need, ignore what you don't.
The engineer interface has been designed to look like an app, but not be an app. It works on every device and there is nothing to install - No updates, no maintenance.
This means that it's not an issue to pass a job on, use a subby or god forbid - Use a different device when on the road because yours has had an accident or run out of battery.
JobWise is about being flexible in a secure environment. Technology is moving on every day, yet we have a reliance on old crap that just don't work - Time to think differently.
Payments handled, certificates made, customers kept in the loop — and the cheapest pay-as-you-go pricing going. There's nothing to lose — only pay for what you use.
There's no monthly plan to pick and no contract to sign. You top up a wallet and pay pennies per action from a published price list — a text here, a cert there. If you don't use it, it doesn't cost you anything, which makes JobWise the cheapest job management platform out there. Ready to go? Get going at jobwise.app or contact me to register. In return for early access, I just ask for your feedback to help drive new features and ideas.
Yes to both. Quotes and invoices carry their own online payment page, so customers can pay by card from a link — in the office or on the doorstep — and the money lands in your account. Certificates are generated on the fly straight from the job: gas certs, landlord records, warning notices, tightness testing, RAMS, COSHH and the rest of the H&S paperwork. It's all built in.
Your branding, not mine. Booking confirmations, tracking links and the customer portal all run on your own domain with your logo and colours. Landlords and letting agents can log in to see their properties, certificates and outstanding requests, and every appliance can carry a QR sticker linking to its public service history. To a customer it looks like you've got a big-company system behind you — because you have.
Useful things, not gimmicks. It reads old paper certificates and puts the appliance details straight into the system, builds COSHH assessments from a product's safety data sheet, tidies the wording on your quotes and invoices, and can read a helpdesk ticket and set the job up for you. Like everything else it's pay-per-use — pennies per action, only when you press the button.
JobWise works differently with data. Every company gets its own database, sign-in supports passkeys (fingerprint / Face ID) rather than shared passwords, and there's a full audit trail of who did what. Most "functions" are token driven which means you can bring your own database if you'd like — allowing you to pull the plug at any time. I won't hold you to ransom like some other services and I won't sell your data on either.
Operational and open for business — several businesses are running on it day-to-day, jobs are being booked, certs raised and payments taken. Development hasn't slowed down though: new features land constantly, driven directly by the people using it. Test features are available to those that turn them on, and system admins are welcome to join my WhatsApp group to help steer what comes next.
No, but it is heavily focussed on gas at the moment — that's where the deepest tooling is (certs, warning notices, tightness testing, compliance chains). The scheduling, quoting, payments, comms and H&S side works for any trade today, and the Electrical port is in progress now that I have someone putting the feedback together.
