Yes to both. Quotes and invoices carry their own online payment page, so customers can pay by card from a link — in the office or on the doorstep — and the money lands in your account. Certificates are generated on the fly straight from the job: gas certs, landlord records, warning notices, tightness testing, RAMS, COSHH and the rest of the H&S paperwork. It's all built in.
Your branding, not mine. Booking confirmations, tracking links and the customer portal all run on your own domain with your logo and colours. Landlords and letting agents can log in to see their properties, certificates and outstanding requests, and every appliance can carry a QR sticker linking to its public service history. To a customer it looks like you've got a big-company system behind you — because you have.

Every company gets its own database, sign-in supports passkeys (fingerprint / Face ID) rather than shared passwords, and there's a full audit trail of who did what. Most "functions" are token driven which means you can bring your own database if you'd like — allowing you to pull the plug at any time. I won't hold you to ransom like some other services and I won't sell your data on either.
Operational and open for business — several businesses are running on it day-to-day, jobs are being booked, certs raised and payments taken. Development hasn't slowed down though: new features land constantly, driven directly by the people using it. No, but it is heavily focussed on gas at the moment — that's where the deepest tooling is (certs, warning notices, tightness testing, compliance chains). The scheduling, quoting, payments, comms and H&S side works for any trade today, and the Electrical port is in progress now that I have someone putting the feedback together.
